ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.
Supervise all employees at branch and establishes expectations for individual and staff performance. Champions sales performance and reports for branch production.
Plan and organize presentations, blitzes, outside call activities with staff and call nights.
Assist and maintain customer relationships with fact to face meetings, phone calls, lobby time and maintain portfolio.
Facilitate daily huddles and weekly sales meetings
Organize branch promotions internally and externally to promote bank products and services
Ensure vault, card wizard and end of day processes are completed
Perform sales and teller overrides
Understand and meet compliance expectations
Assist with corporate and market initiatives
Develops employees by coaching and mentoring (counseling, performance improvement plans, employee empowerment, performance evaluations, sales and teller salary reviews
Ensure staff retention by encouraging development and clear career path.
Promote employee morale with praise and/or reward. Facilitate branch conflicts.
Provide feedback at various meetings
Assist in hiring and termination process
Assist with on-the-job training and facilitate with classes
Establish community relationships
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
Effective English verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Some college, preferred
Customer service working experience preferred
Must demonstrate ability to perform


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
