Function: Responsible for the registration, recruitment and retention of dual enrollment students participating in CBCs workforce/technical programs.
This position is grant funded. Employment is contingent on funding continuance. Current grant funding ends August 31, 2016.
Experience and Education: Bachelors degree in education or related field from an accredited college or university. Knowledge of policies and procedures at the community college level regarding dual enrollment; basic computer software word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation, graphics and database programs; instructional processes; effective written and oral communication. Ability to develop effective programs that advocate for CBC; make presentations to large and small groups of people, coordinate various projects simultaneously; interact with diverse populations; maintain a flexible schedule; and establish cooperative working relationships in the course of performing assigned duties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
