Qualifications: At Least (3) years prior administrative experience in a development office, non-profit organization, or similar setting preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, strong and socioeconomic backgrounds; must maintain confidentiality in all matters; must support the missions of the Coastal Bend College District and the Coastal Bend College Foundation; Must have a flexible schedule.
Function: To provide support to the Executive Director of the CBC foundation and arranging maintenance requests, room set - up, catering, and etc.; coordinate Foundation Board meetings and correspondence with Executive Director of CBC Foundation; Budget monitoring and reporting; Donor and prospect screening, cultivation, and execution, ; coordination of CBC Foundation scholarships; assist with maintenance of Foundation website.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
